  Anyone buying this stock that wasn’t connected on the inside was a fool and deserved to lose their money. The only ones that were going to make money were the insiders – the dolts lining up to buy after the opening were needed so the insiders could make money. Now they sue because a social media site wasn’t worth more than a car company or a soda company put together.

  I am sure Anderson Cooper loved this because it allowed him to spend more time looking at the camera instead of showing someone else. Based on his ratings no one saw this happen. If you don’t mention him he will go away.

  Years ago I watched his show for the first time and could only stomach about 2 minutes of this self absorbed dolt. He spent the entire time trying to convince me he was way cooler than the people he was talking to. I would love to see a show with him and Anderson Cooper – they could fight over who has the best camera angles or who exploited the impoverished local the most.

  I cut out all TV and don’t miss this garbage.

  How many will die growing fat behind a keyboard before we say enough? How many will die sitting in front of the idiot box before we say enough?

  You can die behind the wheel of the car driving to work or die pushing the limits? Visit a nursing home and see the people in diapers wheeled in front of a TV for 8 hours a day as their body and minds decay. Is that a better alternative? I for one don’t want to be sitting there years from now in front of the TV saying to myself that I wish I had done that.

  urrybr – you are right. This isn‘t a dig on anyone but if you haven’t climbed a mountain and stood there looking down on the cloud tops knowing that you trained hard and suffered to get there – then it is hard to explain. The self challenge and feeling of accomplishment is overwhelming.

  How many people are killed every year commuting back and forth to work or die on the job because they feel they owe it to the company? That in my opinion is a waste.
