  Ok , for your clarification, yes the cop can shoot him. Cops can use force plus one. Look it up, I won’t go into detail here. Basically it is whatever the force used by the assailant, the cop can meet or move up the use of force continuum. As soon as the perp got into the car, the car then becomes a deadly weapon(especially taking into consideration the prior actions of the perp), equal to that of a gun, and the officer would have been well within his rights for his safety as well as that of the public.

  Oh how correct you are. It is amazing that people quickly forget that in his later speeches, he was pushing for redistribution of wealth. Whites owed it to the blacks. BS! But again, the “winner” gets to write the history books.

  Saw one clip of a group standing at the corner of a building and the guy BEHIND the crowd starts firing THROUGH the crowd down the street. All I could do was laugh.These freedom fighters couldn’t secure a cardboard box. Libya, I expect a check in the mail for all our soilders on the ground fighting for you but I won’t hold my breath. Those same freedom fighters will be denouncing the US as the great satan within in weeks if they actually do, er, uh, um, if we actually capture Tripoli for them.

  Well, missie, what is right about this is that an American stood their grounds on their principles and rieligous beliefs. What’s wrong with it is that you feel that just because you chose to be gay that you feel everyone should bow down to you and do your bidding.
