  You should consider getting a clue before posting such garbage about Venus. Venus is NOT hot because of CO2, it is HOT because of many other factors. Firstly, the atmosphere is 3000x’s that of the Earth. It is over 99 bar at the surface. Sunlight does not reach the surface because the atmosphere is so dense. Because of the density of the atmosphere, sunlight reflects much more than on Earth, which is why it is the brightest body in the sky (save the moon of course). And there are many many other factors as to why Venus is hotter, and NONE of them have to do with CO2 or the GHE (which isn’t even possible). Do your research first!

  Before you post, get a clue. The ocean’s CANNOT become acidic! They are 8.4+ PH, they can become more neutral, but NOT acidic. And FACT is, they are not doing that either! You could pump all the CO2 that humans have ever created into the ocean’s and you would not be able to detect a change in PH. The oceans hold an enormous amount of CO2, and as long as they are in contact with rocks, which I am pretty sure they always will be, then it is impossible for them to EVER become acidic.

  I am the 53%, I have worked since I was 9, I have started 4 businesses, I have moved across the country 6 times to stay employed and providing for my family. I make good money, but I also work 80hrs a week. Everyone I work with is the 53%, they too work hard and earn what they make. One of my best friends is 53% and he is from Iran. He worked his azz off to become a citizen, he works his azz off to provide for his family.

  And all of us 53% (the PRODUCERS) are paying for all you lazy azz 99%ers (the moochers) and I am SICK AND TIRED OF IT !!!! …

  I’m not one of a staunch religious background, I have a very open view of the subject, but I would have to say that if there is a “God particle”, that would not in any way remove God from the equation.

  And to the BECKISNUTS asshat, tell me, if matter can neither be created nor destroyed (as you are taught in physics), then where did matter come from in the first place? .. and if you use the big bang theory, that it came from a singularity of energy, the back to the same question, where did that come from? … until you can explain it, you can’t explain it, and therefore you cannot discount anything, God or otherwise.

  Humans don’t know jack squat about life, that is the only known FACT in this whole equation. But it is sure a lot of fun trying to figure it all out … isn’t it?

  Distributive networks!! .. get rid of the “backbone” of the Internet. Fully distributive networking is well on the way which will make this moot. You can’t pull the plug on something that has no plug.

  This simply will not work. I can guarantee you that they can pull all the plugs they want to my Internet access and I will still have communication to the rest of the world. All they will do with this is seal their own demise.

  I know this is a little off topic, but I am wondering how long it will take before people realize that they were setup big and bad last night during the SOTU address. How do I mean? .. well, it’s pretty simple really. The GOP (and most of America) wants to repeal Obamcare right? .. Obama proclaimed last night that he will veto ANY bill that comes across his desk that has earmarks in it. .. Almost immediately, Harry Reid proclaimed that “I won’t let Obama do that .. I won’t let him take that power away from us” (paraphrasing) .. So, do you see it yet? ..

  Well, I will fill you in further … The House just passed the repeal of Obamacare right? .. The bill is sitting in the senate with Reid denying a vote. Well, 2012 elections are coming, and DemoRATS have a problem, they will get crushed in 2012 if there A) is no vote in the Senate .. or .. B) they vote for the repeal.

  Well, here’s the catch…. The Senate can now go forward with a vote, attach earmarks (as Reid promised he would do) and Obama will veto, proclaiming “I had to veto, I made a promise to veto any bill that contained earmarks”

  This will lead to a win for the DemoRATS, and even worse, be seen as a win for Obama while spinning another yarn to further demonize the Republicans.

  This SOTU address was nothing more that “The Sting” (movie). It is all a setup, pure and simple. Watch and mark my words here. This WILL happen JUST LIKE THIS!!
