  On the one hand the Students should have told him at least a first name and the college they went to this should have prevented the entire scene.   Its wrong to just stand there and watch a home burn Personally I would sue all the was to the US supreme court if need be. Now on the other hand their inaction caused another home to get burned no matter how much or how little they must pay for that damage as those people did pay them but they did not prevent it before and had to know the risk.
