  • We have terrorists within our borders, we have a huge drug running problem, we have foreign hackers attacking government servers…
the government has to do something!
    You don’t want the intrusion..
    1. secure the borders with a fence
    2. tighten immigration laws and enforce them
    3. stop the rampant drug use in America. If everyone stopped using drugs, there won’t be a market for drugs.
    4. stop the rampant crime in the US. If there wasn’t crime, then there wouldn’t be the need to try and prevent it.
    its a start…

  • ahh, I just watched the video.
DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz did fine.
She didn’t try to out shout the interviewer, but she answered the questions.

I didn’t find her frustrated. I found her trying to have a conversation.
Sorry Blaze, you got this one wrong. (and I like the Blaze).

  • my friend, its 2012.
why look for something 12 to 14 years old?

  • I agree.
If its a slow news day…the editors just leave it at that.
The Blaze loses credibility with articles like this.

  • So, now we have more ways to disseminate disinformation!
Here’s a simple example: it snows in Ohio. a rumor starts of a “blizzard” coming.
Everyone runs to the store and buys toilet paper (really). Toilet paper runs out.
The blizzard comes and goes. Now everyone has a lot of extra toilet paper.
    There was no crisis.

Same thing here. The media hypes the people, the people get nervous and google words, the news reports the nervousness — and the panic begins to feed on itself.

Can we stop the conspiracy theories.

  • Junkman,

You’re probably over 55. You probably don’t own a computer. Or if you do, its an older PC.
    Right?
Facebook is the younger generations using it for social networking, dating, and talking with friends.

If the CIA can use the videos of my niece’s cheerleading tryouts – then we have much bigger problems.

  • Why did Facebook use Stanley Morgan?
Probably because its a big name.

    Why is Facebook overvalued? Well,
    1. isn’t really anything. its information that people post.
    2. its “cool” factor is dropping, as uncles and grandma uses it more.
    3. the shelf life of the digital age is not long – the next, new shiny, tool will come out soon. Remember MySpace? AOL? Compuserve?

  • Comparing a failure of Facebook to Fannie Mae or to GM is a stretch.
Facebook doesn’t have outstanding loans on thousands of homes, it doesn’t employ thousands of people like GM.

If Facebook were to fail, the stockholders would lose money. period. what bailout? who gets hurts?
if (when) Fannie Mae failed, home mortgages are at risk. GM fails – the line of auto suppliers hurt is huge.

Sorry, I’m not buying this conspiracy.

  • the cops aren’t scared. its not about being scared.
its about being restricted from acting.

If your city administration doesn’t want you to act — then you could be reprimanded, lose pay, or lose your job.

What do you think would happen if a cop grabbed one of those protestors? law suits and cameras.
Until the public demands the city to do something — this is the type of governance you get.
But believe, the cops are running because they’re scared.

  • culpergang,

good point! YOU should create a blog. YOU should write the articles! YOU should take the photos for your blog!! YOU do all that — and I’ll read it!
