Catholics are wonderful people. The catholic church has been a festering soar on the face of humanity since its inception, break as many of the dictates of our creator as it can every step of the way. Sorry just one mans thoughts

  So you are saying this man was not capable of murdering his wife, but had no qualms about taking a hatchet to his two sons? My wife left and took my son for a year and a half when we were first married, murder never even entered my mind. We have since reconsiled and will be celebrating our 15th anniversary this spring and we now have 4 children. See that is how innocent men go through life, dealing with and fixing problems and having a family, not embroiled in murder investigations before brutalizing their children before committing suicide.

  JZS you have to look at old testament as a whole. The old testament also says And for your lifeblood I will surely demand an accounting. I will demand an accounting from every animal. And from each human being, too, I will demand an accounting for the life of another human being. Genesis 9:5
  and, Whoso sheddeth man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man. Genesis 9:6 and
  I am not seeing the old testament telling anyone to kill anybody. But rather God know the nature of man and is putting forth a warning, and as genesis 9:5 clearly states if anyone sheds the blood of man they will have to answer for it to the one who can grant eternal life or deny it. But bringing up old testament is silly, Old testament is history. The new covenant (the Crucifixion and resurection) is the law. Can we say gays are not saved? No we cant anymore than we can say someone who lies to his wife about weather he had a cheeseburger for lunch or not is not saved. We as humans can never stop sinning, and all sin es equally detestable in the lords eyes no matter how big or small. A lot of christians forget that and judge and hate the homosexual community forgetting that God calls us to not judge but to speak the truth in love

  AndYetItMoves…Who would choose to suffer Prison for crimes committed, who would choose the loss of family job and health just to get drunk or high, who would choose to risk injury or death for the adrenalin rush of idiotic activity like swimming with sharks or base jumping? So in your worldview there is no consequence for behavior because what ever you do you were born to do? If you ever get robbed I assume you will not be calling the police because the robber cant help what he does, I mean who would “choose” what follows a robbers actions right? The thinking that aligns with neanderthal man is that one must have sex whenever and with whatever one wants. Remove God from the equation (I am a christian) in an animal with higher reasoning, and emotional capacity sex is for reproduction, physical contact shows intimacy. As a heterosexual I can show intimacy to other men (hand shake, hug accompanied by a pat on the back etc.) with out treating them like women or having them treat me like a woman. Tell me does someone who is attracted to goats get the same free pass? After all who would choose the social shunning that comes with loving a goat? The goat lover MUST have been born that way, or is that different because it destroys your argument?

  wait, so Christian viewpoints can not be shared with others who do not believe in them but sexual viewpoints must be crammed down our gullets? You silly gay people, once the family unit (the first form of government) has been successfully destabilized by the progressives do you really think you are safe? Ask yourselves, does a government that requires “worker bees” to produce to fill the coffers really have any use for a family model that can not create new workers? You are being used to show kids how intolerant and evil mom and dad are so they will turn to the government for answers, and once your usefulness has expired…well…
  I wonder what kind of AIDS treatment is included in obamacare (remember the Dems. were pushing for preventative treatment to help reduce cost. What does preventative treatment mean when talking about the AIDS epidemic in the homosexual population? The devil is in the details people, wake up and pay attention to what they are really saying) Just my thoughts
