  It is a rhino idea to heavily fine those companies for hiring.
  If it’s these types of incentives that bring them here, the same is true for government sanctioned programs like the Dream acts at federal and state levels.
  These concepts a completely convoluted. On one hand (the governments) they say, come get a free education, on the other hand, they say, don’t anybody hire them…

  I understand his position, however kicking the buck down to the lowest common denominator is as absurd as Ron Paul.
  Shifting the responsibility of policing immigration onto the hiring staff of organizations is— well—
  Ahhh–hmmm– (making up a new word) ‘Overdelegating’
  Are you kidding me? What your saying is the State of Arizona cannot police it’s borders but the hiring staffs of private organizations is to be our first line of weeding out… Uhh?
