  • Herman,
I for one hope you resume your campaign. Your originally stated reasons for running are too important to be swept aside by Chicago style politics. Also, anyone worthy of the office of President of the United States needs to be willing to commit his “life, his fortune, and his sacred honor”, to paraphrase the signers of our Declaration of Independence. You cannot really be surprised at the tactics that the left is willing to employ when so much is at stake. For far too long, conservatives have been perfecting the strategy of bringing knives to gun fights. Dammit, man, where is your Gatling gun already??? Based on your early speeches, you have been aware all along that this is a fight for all the marbles. Now is not the time to go soft, not if you really beleive you are the man our Republic needs to lead us out of our current mess. If a few flaky bimbos and wannabe journalists are all that are required to beat you, then we are likely better served if you indeed just go away… I sincerely hope this is not the case…

  • “Nearly treasonous”? Who is he kidding? More like an act of war. Our Republic is under attack, from within and without…

  • Uh, most CEOs contribute to conservatives. Unions, who will not buy into this, contribute almoxt exclusively to liberals. Contribute your vot to limiting liberals’ terms, and to supporting conservatives. (Note, I did not say Democrats or Republicans- look at their voting records, regardless of party.)

    REMEMBER IN NOVEMBER!

  • If you’re not a lib at 20, you have no heart. If you’re not a conservative at 40, you have no brain!

  • Actually, Juan Williams might be in danger of getting his Liberal card revoked. He’s usually actually civil, and often agrees with the Righty host du jour. I guess maybe that’s part of what Fox is paying him $2mil a year for…

  • “If you aren’t living on the edge, you’re taking up too much room.”
    Very far out!
I can remember when Americans used to do stuff like this. Now they can’t do the math…
    Dude, Way To Go!

  • gold and silver are just shiny commodities. Cute, but I ain‘t givin’ ya any food for that stuff. Best investment, bar none- .22lr ammo- #1.use it to feed the family, #2 to practice outreach to those who don’t do #1, #3 to trade for whatever else you need. Why .22? 1. most shots per $, and 2. per pound, 3. by far the most common caliber, 4. still way cheap compared to the rest. That’s a lot of versatility and good reasons for such a high value. Also, nearly any long shelf life commodity will be worth more than gold when things get 3rd world around here. (Booze, salt, sugar, honey, cloth, sewing items, first aid & medical stuff, hand tools, how to books, hand crank meat grinders & sharpening stones, matches, toilet tissue, dryer lint for tinder, canning jars and extra lids, operable old wood stoves, leather working tools, tobacco, and the list goes on…) I would not trade any of this stuff for gold or silver in hard times, how about you? When the profit kicks in on these essentials of day to day living, it will outperform metals by orders of magnitude, and no one will give a rip about the “price”, other than “how much of your candle wax will you give me for how many rounds”? And you can bet that the one with the rounds will be the one doing most of the price setting… Those who truly are determined to survive and hopefully prosper in tough times need to carefully assess the entire scenario, folks. I have shared this approach with several very successful millionaires, and in a minute, when they stopped laughing, they started buying lots of .22 shells…go figure… I’m up about 400% on my stash, and not even close to ready to sell any…

  • Most of those who hold themselves out as “minority” leaders have set their particular group’s cause back lightyears. The minority leaders who have truly aided progress have called on all Americans to make our Republic and our society better rather than delivering a separatist message. Unfortunately, the discernment required to see this is in short supply among those who are benefiting from their lies, and that short supply pales next to the short term gratification of “freebies” from Uncle Sugar. Fortunately, Uncle Sugar is just about bled dry, and the slackers are hard against a very rude awakening- If the left wins in 2012, the US will achieve 3rd world status in record time…

  • Herman Cain said it best-
    S-shift the argument
    I-ignore the facts
    N-namecall
I‘m sure we’ll get a s***load more of this between now and the election. This is the left’s way of saying they cannot compete in the arena of ideas. Given the number of freeloaders now sucking on the public teat, maybe they don’t have to. Time will tell…

  • Actually replying to SMAK-
Yep, to Dr. King, they DO look alike. Color of their character, remember? I just wish more of us looked like them…
