Here‘s Your Guide to Today’s Supreme Court Arguments Over Obamacare
March 26, 2012 at 3:50pm
How many polled do you think have a constitution or a working knowledge of constitutional law? The general public may or may not be correct. I would be interested in the briefs from the SCOTUS.

Im just starting to think people are badly misinformed and do not understand how our government operates. People are often scared of things they do not understand.
‘God Is a Myth’: Watch a Preview of The Blaze‘s Epic Coverage of Atheists’ ‘Woodstock for Non-Belief’
March 26, 2012 at 2:11pm
A rally of free americans is perfectly acceptable. The problem is extremism in any form. Also, atheists don’t care about hell. The fire and brimstone gets annoying when trying to have a reasonable discussion. Similarly, Christians hate being mocked about a deeply held belief, when trying to have a reasonable discussion.
Jon Stewart Debunked: Claim that FOX News Viewers ‘Most Consistently Misinformed’ is ‘False’

sorry that reply was meant for nathan-h, who i thought made the conclusion that FOX News Channel only gives the strait truth. But as i reread his post that is not the claim he made.

Jon Stewart Debunked: Claim that FOX News Viewers ‘Most Consistently Misinformed’ is ‘False’

I am constantly amazed by your “B” point. Several times “The Blaze” has posted articles proving their point, but the same website home page has false statements on MANY of the FOX News Channel representatives. To be fair, there are false claims on many people both right and left. Just goes to show that getting all your information from few places, and not questioning claims, does not make you informed. My theory is that people just read tag lines and assume that the tag line is a realistic sum of the entire article.

I agree Chris Wallace should have challenged him on his statement. The resulting conversation would be instructive. Unfortunitly, the talkshow-esque format of the 24 hour news outlets are not conducive to real debate.
Jon Stewart Debunked: Claim that FOX News Viewers ‘Most Consistently Misinformed’ is ‘False’

This politifact article is not saying exactly what the respondents think it says. It is true politifact rated John Stewart’s statement flase, but read the article. His statement was too specific in his language, that is why they rated the statement flase. The article even goes so far to say “So we have three Pew studies that superficially rank Fox viewers low on the well-informed list, but in several of the surveys, Fox isn’t the lowest…“ There is almost no way to quantify ”misinformed,” and therefore reaching such a conclusion will be flawed. But dont make the similar mistake that by watching FOX news you are “informed.” ie. Death Panels.
Surprise! Rachel Maddow‘s Claim About Fox News Proven ’False’
February 11, 2011 at 10:30am
There are no actual death panels in either the current healthcare system or in the reform bills from congress, unless you feel that the courts issuing death sentences to both innocent and guilty people counts.
Surprise! Rachel Maddow‘s Claim About Fox News Proven ’False’
February 11, 2011 at 10:24am
To be fair, thats not the point of the story. The point is that Rachael claimed something that did not happen. I agree that FOX like all the other cable news channels is a for profit company, and therefore will make their product as entertaining as possible. However, that does not excuse Maddow for being incorrect.
