  The answer to small power needs are right there with them, solar and wind, augmented by “mechanical” produced power. Good lord folks, it is not rocket science to generate the power needed at your site. Just some parts, basic electronics knowledge and someone to put it together. You would think with all those LARGE brains running around, they would have this figured out already. Maybe the “Remedial Basket Weaving” degree is not much help these days.

  Occupy Dallas organizers told CBS 11 they’ll implement a 10 p.m. curfew and check the identification of anyone seen walking the grounds after that time.

  Interesting concept. THEY (Occupy Dallas) are probably camping out in a park illegally, as most parks do not allow overnight occupants. NOW THEY (Occupy Dallas) are going to “implement” a 10PM curfew and check identification. Bit of a corundum I think.

  Having/had cancer gives one a different perspective in life. When the diagnosis comes, a second opinion is the FIRST thing one wants to do, maybe even a third. The “treatments” in some cases are worse than the disease (For me, a VERY long list). It is like a bad dream you can not run from. Faith in the end is my crutch and hope. A wonderful quote from Patrick Swayze (died from Pancreatic cancer) sums it up very well:
  “Facing your own mortality is the quickest way possible to find out what you’re made of. It strips away all the bull — and exposes every part of you, your strength, your weaknesses, your sense of self, your soul. It also leads you to confront life’s hardest questions.

  Sure these folks would love it when I / We go to their home and squat; saying we are “occupying” your place. Maybe crap in their floor, have food delivered “magically” as it appears to happen in these locations. Then, make up fruity hand signals; maybe even have unicorns floating around….God help us.
