Retired Three-Star General Describes the Impact of Increased Fiscal Contraints on the Department of Defense
May 20, 2012 at 1:10am
Oh, by the way, if congress is pushing an alternate plan. Think about which states(or companies) benefit from the companies that get chunks of that money. The president is trying to draw us down and the congress is selling us out, so what choices do we have?
Retired Three-Star General Describes the Impact of Increased Fiscal Contraints on the Department of Defense
May 20, 2012 at 1:04am
The truth about the military:
-Appearance is everything
-A three star knows nothing about fiscal responsibility(He would use 50K for a desk and chair, but prevent his troops from getting bullet proof vest)
-The way things are presented is more important than the reality
-The more we spend, the more we get, the more we get, the more we want.
-Harder to get Armor in combat zone than free cookies from KBR, the cookies cost more.
-Must buy from GSA, oh what, “it’s cheaper at Wal-mart? What are you Nuts, don’t do it man!!!”
-People are expendable when not in public eye, generally speaking, or during election season. Every vote counts you know!
-Lastly, officers at higher levels pad the stats, order people to lie, fudge numbers, smile and head nod but have no clue about the following: Strategy, Cost Effectiveness, anything that is technical, or a bit of common since.
-All in all when you here a high ranking officer speak, put your waders on because it is going to get deep.
-They are Bill Clinton intelligent and are by no means Steve Jobs intelligent.

School Stuffed Autistic Boy in Bag as Punishment, Mother Says

That is very true. I have held conversations with many early twenties recent graduates and you wouldn’t believe what they know as truth. For instance Earth is dying, ain’t is a word(always has been), high level math was never done w/out a calculator an they have no idea what the words mean that I am using until they look them up. It is about that time to get rid of unions.
Alabama Residents Furious Over Possible Rate Increases: ‘If They Let This Stuff Happen They Are Going to Get the Biggest Riot the South Has Ever Seen’

Everyone needs to understand this is not an affiliation problem. It’s not a Democrat versus Republican problem. It‘s the future of all state governments under either political party if we don’t strengthen states powers over federal. Here’s how:
-Term limits– 3 term max for congress, 2 term max senate (get a real job after that)
- Ban on Branch investments–while in office no appointed official may invest, period. (sways votes)
- Ban on corporate campaign contributions, set limit on total campaign finance(w/limit of % growth over time period)
- Lower federal taxes to give state governments capability to collect enough to keep local services running (as needed by residents of that state)
- Let state body determine own regulatory practices, with any major changes being voted on ballots in local elections by the people (major being defined as affects X amount of money or Y number of people)
- Lobbying should be considered bribery!!!!!!!
These keys would keep infrastructure strong, adequate and affordable.
To hell with Teddy, FDR and Obama(Gingrich too)!!!!
Is This China’s Secret Weapon?

lol…i just think here in this space on the net we shouldn’t sling poop like others do at each other. We should remain respectful even with differences(civility). Otherwise this becomes a quarrelsome blog with out rhyme or reason.
Is This China’s Secret Weapon?

I don’t know if the incendiary comment of sharkb8sd was slung at me, but I assure you that is not why I posted that. It is because Russia was heavily involved in this and they have been working more with analog or classical model electrical engineering forever, while Americans have gaps of not caring and chasing miniaturization which is (run on sentence) not where major developments of actual catastrophic real world leaps come from. I am America and I love my country, but I think unification under false premises or blindness will be a major folly in the end. We must open our minds and see all. Not for the sake of being unified behind any one side of an idea or argument but for the ultimate goal of preserving freedom. Silence no one, but listen to all. I am sorry to offend anyone at the possibility of something like this being a threat, but we must be prepared militarily like a boy scout.
Is This China’s Secret Weapon?

That is not the point of this carrier. Red Cell has the correct assumption about what the major threat to our nation is. EMP(electromagnetic pule) would be what the aspect of the ship that would be the scariest. I work on electronics and EMP is a very easy to build and easy to employ device and that is what would be frying electronics. How would it not destroy their ship is what you ask? It is called EMP hardening. You have to Faraday cage around your own electronics and this would be why you would care if it had aircraft, because the aircraft would be susceptible to the hardening issues. The second purpose of painting lines on the deck of the ship would be misdirection. You think it is for aircraft but in fact it is for making it look less dangerous because where are the weapons platforms? The ship is the weapon and it would wreck the modernized systems that rely too heavily on electronics, chips, and computers. If you don’t believe this concept is formidable go to:
http://www.amazing1.com/emp.htm
This is something you can make at home, but with billions at your fingertips in funding this concept can made efficient and massive( possibly directional and have long range capability). Do research on this concept and you will see that it is fairly simple with some Electronic Engineers and huge amounts of natural resources such as copper, lead, gold, cobalt and ask yourself…..do they have these things? We must be awake and vigilant!

Every time I hear the fence argument as a standalone point I have to think. That should not be what comes out of this little bite of news. The states are a test bed for new ideas. This idea is testing an open society and how to make it automated for centralized control of the population abroad. Be careful not to wrapped up in the anti-immigrant conversation. That isn’t the real what you are seeing. What you are seeing is a testing ground for how a one world government would control populations. Just like the unmanned drones will be centralized control over the masses. Not conspiracy theory, because it is easy to control military personnel. It is ingrained to follow orders and to accept ridiculous concepts and follow. These factors have to make you stop and say what part of the population will be controlling all these automated systems in the future. Think a little deeper on these things and open your mind to the possibilities.
