‘Because…’: Ron Paul Explains Why He Calls Santorum a ‘Fake’
February 23, 2012 at 8:19am
@Blues. Actually, RP is second in delegates, which is all that matters, not the straw vote.

Report: Santorum’s Fiscal Record Not in Line With Tea Party
February 15, 2012 at 3:38pm
Redstate makes the truth about Santorum clear as day. The fact is, the man likes to spend like liberals. http://www.redstate.com/erick/2012/01/06/what-a-big-government-conservative-looks-like/
Thats not a voting record of a fiscal conservative.

@ursamajor. Three decades of a solid conservative voting record. He also had a career in medicine, in which he delivered over 4,000 babies and provided free medical care to folks that just couldn’t afford it. Also, RP does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension plan.

@CATB. you got it all wrong. Ron Paul was actually the one who stared the TEA party in 2007.

@ TDOM. Well I’ll be staying home should anyone but RP get the nod. Im not going to vote against my principles for the lesser of two evils, thats why were in such lousy shape today. BTW RP predicted the housing bubble in 2003, I dont know how you can call him clueless.

@Rationalman. Which of the GOP candidates would support giving individuals the option to opt out of SS? The same ones who favor health insurance mandates?

@Rationalman. RP does recognize the fact that entitlement need fundamental changes. However, he does not want to break promises made to seniors and veterans. He is the only one I heard say that young people should have the right to opt out of social security, imagine that, the right to choose what happens with ones own wages.

@Joan K. RP doesn’t need to denounce sharia law in the US. He has a proven record of defending the US Constitution, individual liberty and free markets. His philosophy has no room for oppressive systems of governance, such as Sharia law, in the US.
