  The top 2% pay 40% of the taxes. The top 10% pay 80% of the taxes.That means 90% of the people only pays 20% of the taxes, and 50% of the people pay no taxes at all.But I would bet that most of them have a cell phone and a wide screen TV. Let’s change to a national sales and then everyone (100%) contributes.
