  Let military food alone ! I was in 20 years, mostly INFANTRY. Daily caloric intake 3500-4500 cals. per day. At times I lost weight. The real cause of obesity in todays kids, is that they are not active.
  Growing up, we ate beef, chicken, fish, pork, vegs, however we were out of the house by 0900 and did not return until the lights came on. What did we do? Football, baseball, ride bikes, ( every where0 did not use cars, bike it or walk.. Want healthy kids, get them. . away from Nintendo and computer games.

  Get rid of the swing shifting of operators. That alone causes stress, stomach trouble, and sleeping problems. I know because I worked it for 10 years.

  1967; 1973, the Muslim nations of Egypt, Seria, Morroco, Algeria, and Jordan, along with several other muslim states, tried to force the Jewish State to roll over. The Jewish State sent them back to their respective countries, with their heads between their legs, along with a very serious loss of materiel and life.
  The Jewish State was prepared, and still is to live in peace. They did not start any war, but they sure as hell finished them.
  Abbass (sp) is nothing more than the sound of a fly buzzing about. An annoying sound, but harmless.
