  • That Georgetown continues to call itself a Catholic University is scandalous. The bishops, who after counseling the errant sinner/s, chose to do nothing to prevent scandal, will be held accountable to God for allowing this confusion to remain. Often it has been the saints who, led by the Holy Spirit, call the Church back to holiness. As Mother Theresa said, we are all called to be holy. I pray that all U.S. bishops end the confusion of allowing blatantly anti-catholic colleges and politicians to call themselves Catholic. Their excommunication must be publicly announced for the salvation of their souls so that they might repent. You cannot correct behavior if you do not know it is wrong, or you are not called to accountability. As these politicians and colleges are all for “choice”, let them choose, God or man’s laws, life or death. I pray that they will choose life.

  • your link does not work, video is unavailable.

  • Charlie blows hot air. SE Cupp is right, and social issues do affect the economy. As the family goes, so does the country.

  • I am so glad that you have a healthy baby. I am a RN with a Masters in Health Care Systems Management so I can discuss this issue with knowledge. I know that these blood “tests” often have false positives, and amniocentesis can, and DOES causes miscarriages. Rick Santorium is right in that 90% of down children are aborted. I had a down syndrome sister who died at 11; however, I learned to be who I am today by experiencing her pure love, and the added responsibility of helping to look after her. These children reflect God’s face; they just love…
My daughter became pregnant at 16 while taking Acutane for acne. The dermatologist not only suggest an abortion but hounded us with calls. Our Pro-life convictions were greatly tested during this 7 months. When I had an appointment, I told him that my God is an awesome God and that he could heal anything. The doctor said that God isn’t concerned about things like that. I told him that God does care about “things like this” because I care about “things like this” and even if God does not give us a child that is healthy, He will give us the grace to handle it. We refused the prenatal testing that the OB doctor offered. My daughter and I said, why test since I will not have an abortion? My grandson, now 17, was born perfectly healthy. He is a kind and compassionate young man. We took him to the dermatologist after he was born to show them who would have been aborted. The whole staff calls him their miracle baby

  • As a Catholic, I say: Thank God for men like David Barton. Pray, pray, pray!

  • As a Catholic woman I agree that this is about religious liberty, power, & control -not contraception.
Obama did a shell game by changing the “supplier” from the Church to the insurance company. Bottom line, the “bad insurance companies” are now going to be “good” and give away a product. Give me a break! Costs will rise and the employer & employees (including those who do not want this coverage) will be footing the bill and killing their conscience.
If you want contraception coverage, choose to work for those who believe in it, or get it free at PP (who like for contraception to fail so that they get your abortion business later). Align your beliefs with your job: work for those who believe the same, or start your own company and pay for your own insurance.
The plans must also cover plan B, which DOES NOT prevent conception, just implantation of the embryo, i.e.. abortion. When the government can make you do something against your conscience, they can make you do anything.
I recommend the book “How Do You Kill 11 Million People? by Andy Andrews. It begins with liers getting people to believe their lies….

  • Their faith works out of fear and deception. The only sure way for them to go to “heaven” is to die as a martyr.

Jesus died for us so we don’t have to strap a bomb on our back. He bore the wages of sin & death for all of us. If only they would have eyes that truly see …

I pray that they find the Truth and true peace, who is Christ.

  • Jimmy Fallon who????

  • As a Catholic, I call for her Bishop to act; excommunicate her and stop this scandal. This is necessary to save her soul.

  • Most of the “catholics” who voted for him never go to church except maybe Christmas and Easter. I just don’t understand why all the “cafeteria catholics” consider themselves Catholic and partake of their own damnation by eating and drinking the body and blood of Christ in communion. Our local church and Bishop did it’s part and I certainly did. I told anyone who would listen about his (Obama) abortion record. Some people are just plain blind until satan begins to attach them. I just hope and pray more people wake up before it’s too late. All things can be cured through prayer and we need to pray and read the Scriptures everyday. God is calling us all to Him, and when we are very stubborn, it usually takes trouble to get our attention.

It is good to learn from your mistakes… Wisdom is learning from others mistakes.
