  @tyranny, I understand what you are saying while you may understand the process I am sure there are about 40 percent of the population (the 40 percent who are not paying taxes, but leaching off the rest of us) who take your language to mean that Congress will simply pass a law. While in reality it takes 3/4 of the STATES (either by convention or their legislatures) to ratify an amendment that is PROPOSED either by 2/3 of BOTH houses or 3/4 of states conventions. Just a teachable moment for the lazy, ignorant, stupid leaches that are destroying our country.

  This too is significant, because there is propaganda being spued out there that Obama can take away our rights by treaty. That is a treaty like the Law of the Sea or the small arms treaty. This could not be any further from the truth. As the Supreme court has already ruled Treaties do not trump the constitution and they do not have the weight of an amendment. For the 40 percent, think obout how stupid that would be if it takes 3/4 of the states to ratify an amendment and it only takes the 2/3ds of the senate to ratify a treaty. You would really have to believe that the founders were stupid to think that they would allow that kind of tyranny from 1/2 of 1/3 of the government.

  This organization is so conterintuitive to Martin Luther King. What an absolute disgrace. Hopefully, the black community will see this move for what it really is. A sell out to the Obama agenda. Hopefully, the black community will begin to walk away from such and obviously communist organization.

  @Tyranny, actually it would take and amendment to the constitution to change the constitutional requirments to be president. But all that is moot anyway since no one in power follows the constitution.

  We’ll see if this guy follows thru or if he is just another blow hard. Obama probably will manuever around this guy just like he has in all the other states. Just unbelievable. Obama’s ineligibility to should be the lead story on every news channel in the country. But instead crickets. The thing I don’t understand is why All the television media is scared of this guy???

  @ 4X and Gwhiz, Boy o boy I guess my sarcasim completely missed the mark!!!! In case you haven’t heard those are the comments of the looney animal rights freaks who believe creatures that attack and kill humans should be protected at all costs (like Sharks, poisonous snakes, bears, dogs with rabbies who attack defenseless babies, etc). Oh well next time I will be more careful on how I phrase things.

  This awesome, and way way overdue. If California would do this they would find somewhere between 250,000 and 500,000 illegal votes. Those numbers would put California back into the American category. Right now we have illegals determining our elections. WHAT A COUNTRY!!!!
