  If Z takes a plea on Murder-2 his lawyer is a fool.. the DA didn’t even have enough in the affidavit to cover bringing the case to court! The judge simply playing to the State Attorney for political reasons..

  After reading the liberal responses here it is abundantly clear they haven’t the will or the guts to protect themselves or their families. they are so paralyzed by thought of having to do so. They have, in their own minds, created a reality with relieves them of this most basic responsibility. I’m afraid they actually consider law enforcement their personal bodyguards or maybe they have convinced themselves that animals do not exist on our society..

  EITHER WAY.. the ones they love will be the ones who pay the price for their ignorance..

  It’s really quite sad when you think about it..
