  So a strong majority of a democratically elected legislature passed this law…… How in the Sam Hell does that mean its constitutional. It would be nice if the people creating laws in this country had ever bothered to read the constitution. We are only a few states away from being able to over turn this law by constitutional amendment if we have to but lets hope SCOTUS does the right thing. 5 to 4 striking down, it should be 9 to 0 but we have a few people on the court how like most liberal like to view the world emotionally rather than logically or constitutionally

  Couldn’t agree with you guys anymore. This is the kind of idiot with a gun that ruins gun rights for all law abiding carriers everywhere. I feel for this boys family and hope an arrest will follow shortly. I have had my home broken into and I’m all for protecting you life and property but this is going entirely to far. However for this to become a race issue is wrong.

  Most of these people were probably burned so bad by the initial arc that they wouldn’t have lived had they jumped. They most likely had no idea what was happening after the flash. The basket probably took 3 shots of fault current before the OCR locked itself out and when your dealing with a Arc that has distribution Voltage (probably atleast 12KV) and it creates a fireball the size of a pickup truck in just a few milliseconds that is hotter than the surface of the sun there nothing you can do its over before you knew it started. Very sad story I feel for the familys

He‘d pop me in the back of the head and say if you worry about your own best intrest you won’t ever have to let someone else do it for you.

  My grandfather was a brakeman on the TP&W line back when trains still had Cabooses and he told me they once got a call about a tractor trailor stalled on the tracks 3/4 of a mile away they locked up all the brakes and still slammed through the tractor trailor which was carrying Brazil nuts (no joke he always laughs about how happy the squirrels must have been to get such an exotic treat) and pushed it quite a ways down the track. Obviously these idiots have no clue of the force they were dealing with. What a shame thats a load of nuts that could use being ran into (minus the child of course)
