Farage and Hannan represent 90% of the impetus of any Youtube visits I make. They are consistently compelling when they have the floor. For my money, the only U.S. politicians who can rival their speaking abilities are Rubio and Christie.

WH Chief of Staff: Certain Members of the Media ‘Carry the Water’ for GOP

I guess few of you watch CNBC because what was really funny about this is that John Harwood is an avid Obama water boy himself. He was my bet on getting Gibbs’ job instead of Carney. The guy does everything but put on a letter sweater and grab pom poms when Obama’s name comes up.
This Is Glenn Beck’s Passionate Defense of Hank Williams Jr.

I just watched the whole clip again and when they went back to Williams on the Hitler comment, he did not back off, but called Obama and Biden “the enemy.” That just doesn’t fit with the ridiculous analogy argument/defense.
Williams came across as a complete idiot who knows what he believes but can’t get close to explaining why he believes it.

“Shut up and sing” cuts both ways. What an ignorant statement. I can‘t stand Obama and drool at the prospect of voting him out of office but he’s not rounding up people and shipping them off to camps. Yes, yes, people said the most horrible things about Bush as well, though I don’t recall any of them getting spokesperson gigs, and yes, there is a double standard used by most media outlets. Two wrongs don’t make a right.
The free speech arguments don’t hold water. Williams had every right to say what he said, and he said it and no one stopped him. ESPN is not the government and they have every right to cut ties with anyone they choose, and to air or not air any intro. Unless there’s a clause in his contract about it, I‘m sure Williams has been paid but ESPN owns the spot and it’s their choice whether to put it on.

No hyphen in nonsense, and ending a sentence with a preposition? Tsk tsk.
Actually, you’d grade out somewhere near the 95th percentile around here as far as grammar and spelling, which essentially proves your point, I suppose.

Love the “fruits of our labor” line. The problem is that there are too many who want the fruit without doing any of the labor and “raise my taxes” fruitcakes like Simmons just encourage them.

When even NPR can’t find a reason to report on this, you know there’s nothing there.
I suspect a bunch of these clowns think they want a communist system. What they don’t realize is that communism would require them to get up every day and go to their government-mandated job.
What do you figure it smells like around there?

Except (a) you didn’t source this and (b) it doesn’t address my point that The Blaze was slow on this story and that The Blaze seems to have a “hands off” policy in regard to any criticism of Plain, but never mind.
In the meantime I have found Big Government running a story based on the premise that Palin was referring to Cain as “flavor of the week” despite the fact that its sister site, Big Journalism, had previously pointed out that the entire series of statements made it clear that this was not the context in which she said it, but was merely a follow up on a generalized thought.
