  I have no problem with the tactics the author used to obtain this material. Unfortunately deceit is a necessary evil at times. We use it to obtain information from terror organizations and bust drug dealers and murderers. I know it doesn’t matter with the DOJ and lack of consistent enforcement of the law, but is this not a similar scenario to what John Edwards is on trial for? (except for the actually money exchange) someone using money to bribe someone to hide facts that could damage a political campaign could be charged with illegal use of campaign funds. John Edwards had an affair. Obama and his administration have committed several acts of treason. I say with an administration this dangerous we should us whatever tactics necessary to obtain the truth and then prosecute any crimes discovered

  this is a loose loose situation. the DOJ will not look into threats from the left. if Obama wins we all feel hopeless and fear for the future of our children while the corrupt administration and citizens feel emboldened. if he looses the corrupt administration and citizens will create a level of chaos that the decent people of the US feels hopeless and begs for peace and compromise. there will be violence either way. I meant loose loose for constitution loving patriotic Americans that just want to be left alone to provide and care for their families. This Administration wins either way.

  We have an administration in office that picks and chooses which laws to enforce and who to enforce them on, and go as far as to sue states for enforcing federal laws that the DOJ will not enforce. and we certainly do have many groups that would love to see chaos in the streets, because the good people of the united states will beg them to step in and stop the violence and chaos. the left and many on the right are counting on it. how else to you grow the government and grab more power. the sheeple of the United States have sold there liberty for the illusion of safety. life is simply wasted breath without liberty. God bless our chlildren

  What the hell do they mean one of the conditions of his release from jail is how he will remain safe? That is the job of the authorities and ahold be funded by the media that doctored the 911 audio and the jail surveillance video. Unfortunately while he is awaiting trial he will nOt be able to posess a firearm concealed or otherwise. What a shame, this is the country we have to raise our children in. I hope we will return to liberty in my lifetime.
