  I’m confused. Blaze says “intermediate range” means 1-18 inches, Furman says 24-36. I would call the first set of numbers “extreme close range” wouldn’t you? I hope they question the coroner further on that and get “his” definition of what he thinks happen, that makes a big difference.

Why is it an active duty Marine can get charged with a felony for carrying his licensed hand gun in the city of New York but this retired NYC cop carries his gun and shoots a suspect in the street and nobody says anything. Good for him but bad for the rest of us. What does Mayor Bloomberg have to say about this?
