  It’s not right, granted. It should not have happened. And, I’m sorry, but, with that last name, that kid will have to move. Kids have grown more cruel over the years and this teacher has enabled that to happen. Probably another union teacher. It’s like in the military, the difference between a Direct order and a Lawful order. This teacher probably thought she was doing the right thing by being firm and tough, failing to apply common sense in the process.

  Teach the girl some responsibility … have her pay for the legal fees and all the costs inferred. But, here‘s what I’m tired of. I believe in God, but I don’t go to church (I have difficulty understanding who begot who and style the reading are read in). Not the point. Atheists frequently complain about how much they are having religion forced upon them with the sight of God or Jesus or the Virgin Mary, but, in a sense, Atheism can be considered a religion, to which they are forcing their religion upon everyone else. But, of course, it would not be seen that way. For a country whos laws and believes were established around God and the Bible, citizens sure take everything for granted. It’s just about making a name for themself, making a big deal over nothing. I live in Rapid City, SD. There is a restuarant here called Curry Musala on St. Joseph Street; the sign hanging above the sidewalk looks like an upside-down erect man part. Look it up, I kid you not. I tried to get that image removed, and that, I felt was offensive, but now, if that is what they want their image to be, then so be it. There will always be something that offends someone. Suck it up and move on. She’s like a spoiled brat that was so used to getting everything that she wanted, that she had to make a big deal just so everyone will remember whatever her name is.

  Yep..The question is “How much is too much when it comes to a wuppin’?” The girl did wrong. Maybe the dad went too far. Everyone wants to support the girl and hang the dad. Admit the girl did wrong and she, too, should be punished with the crime of knowingly and willingly downloading pirated content. If the dad is going to lose his job pver the wuppin’, he would have likely lost it for the crime of his daughter. And taping the wuppin’ because you know it will happen tells you that she knew what she did was wrong in the first place. Quit defending children that knowingly commit a crime and make them take responsibility for their own actions.

  Just great … another idiot possessing the ability to sue for his own stupid actions, much like the woman that tripped into the fountain at the mall while texting. Probably be some Government regulation that requires higher rails to prevent such an action. Instead of all of these regulations, why doesn’t the Government just create more jobs and have everybody followed by a Government agent, someone that can prevent them from smoking, drinking while driving, littering, making too much noise, being abusing to their kids, and so on.

  Think that this is how they intend to secure the sky; they make horrible rules from stupid ideas and eventually force people to decline from air travel. Do this long enough and only the terriorists will be the ones flying, much easier to spot that way; it’s brilliant. But, it makes you wonder what they would do if someone stepped up to the metal detectors and stripped down right there in the terminal. I mean, if they are going to get exposed or felt up, they may as well prove to everyone that they are safe to travel with.

  “Jobless Benefits”? Let’s think about this for a moment. I currently work in a job where there are no benefits. Oh, my benefit is that if I work, they’ll pay me. Eliminate Jobless Benefits for Employment Benefits, where, if you have a job, you’ll get paid for working. Oh, wait, that is how it happens. Quit paying people to sit around doing nothing. If you don’t pay them, then they’ll be forced to actively look for a job, possibly even going around to ask neighbors if they need any work done in exchange for payment or food.
