  State rights Vs. the constitution, so if a state wants to restrict the 1st amendment does it have the right? Why is one amendment more important than the others? The 2nd amendment is an easy read. “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” Or does it read unless the states say so.
