  Politics aside, just listening to this “teacher” makes me cringe. It is clear to me that she is in no way qualified to teach our children. Incompetence will always result from having unions in our school system.

  You can see the same type of formations and incredible larger formations at Arches National Park in Eastern Utah. Moreover, you don’t have to wait in line for a permit. You can then ride your bike or take a jeep all across the surrounding areas for miles and miles in all directions and see pretty much the same thing. Guess what hippies? The jeeps have been driving across the land since the time there were jeeps and its still there and thriving, and the local economy of Moab is thriving as a result.

  Natural selection would normally weed the stupid people out of society. The question is, who are the stupid people? Are they the people who hand out personal information based on a rumor that they will receive free money, or are they the people of the middle class who allow their money to be perpetually taken from them and given to those who’s only paycheck comes from the government? Based on the number of people on the government dole, and the diminishing middle class, it is obvious that the middle class are the stupid people that are being quickly weeded out of society.

  The Necessary and Proper Clause only allows for Congress to pass laws to carry out its existing powers. The Constitution does not have any existing powers to force a private citizen to purchase health care. The commerce clause may regulate commerce that is happening (at least in today’s twisted view of the commerce clause), but may not force individuals to engage in commerce. Nowhere does the Constitution provide for the individual mandate. Not that Obama would let a silly little thing such as the supreme law of our land get in the way of his illegal power grab.
