  • @ I SUPPORT GOD’S ISRAEL!

I taught the Bible for a living for over five years, you jackass. The verse you should have used was Matthew 5:17 (where Christ actually said He came to fulfill the Law, which based on your convoluted post, you obviously don’t understand).

I said the New Covenant acted as an amendment to the old one. Amend can mean to “change for the better,” which is exactly what Christ did: “But now has he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.” (Hebrews 8:6)

I could keep writing to show how wrong some of the other things you said are, but I’m just going to stop here. I knew I shouldn’t have posted anything. It’s not worth having to read stupid comments like yours.

  • You don’t care when it was written? That anachronistic thinking is illogical. Does that mean you don’t care about the order of Constitutional Amendments? According to your logic, the latter amendments don’t alter the previous ones. The reality is, the force of latter amendments supersede the previous ones. The New Covenant (Testament) acts as an amendment to the previous one. And sure, your not-so-clever human sacrifice/rape analogies are true, if you bastardize the definitions of those terms to satisfy your barren mind. If you consider a father pushing his child out of the way of a moving truck, so that he’ll die rather than his child, then I guess we Christians do in fact believe in “human sacrifice.” You’re talking out of pure bitterness and vapid thoughts, but the best part is, you think you’re smart. You’re a fool. All your arguments come from the bottom of your team’s playbook. I bet you’ve never had an original thought in your entire, miserable life.

  • You‘re not very bright to have such strong opinions on what you don’t understand. Leviticus was the actual law for the nation of ancient Israel, and Christians are not under that law. The Timothy quote was referring to the practices in the Ephesian Church, and as indicated in other passages of the New Testament, aren’t necessarily required for all churches. Women have played a vital role in Christianity from its inception. Islam is evil, I agree on that one. But conflating biblical passages out of pure ignorance and idiocy is typical for fools who don’t know where our rights come from (i.e. Our Creator [as in the God of the Bible - the one the authors of the Declaration believed in]).

  • “OP-ED” doesn’t mean “Opinion-Editorial.“ It means ”Opposite of the Editorial Page.” So this kid’s Christian article is perfectly fitting, seeing as how it’s the opposite of the government-run school’s editorial page (which takes an authoritarian, Anti-First Amendment stance).
