  • We should fire the ‘do-gooder’ (aka. “I know what’s best for you do DO WHAT I SAY”) bureaucrats and legislators that have nothing better to do than impose these idiotic rules and regulations. They would be of better use to this Great Nation if they were put on a chain gang and sent out to clean up the litter highways.

These idiots are unjustified consumers of oxygen and are a primary source of CO2 and Hot Air.

  • Wow. I can’t believe how many different ways this guy is utterly wrong. He deserves a Ph.D in Victimology.

  • Dear Republican Gentlemen,

If your Democrat wife is provoked by this Huffpo blogger, buy her some flowers, take her to dinner, and tell her you love her anyway. Don’t argue or retaliate (unless you retaliate with chocolates).

  • Well… Isn’t that special. As a professor of mine once said, “When I, any other professor, states something that doesn’t sound factual, raise your hand and demand “Text Please” and wait for the substantiating references.”

I won’t be rushing out to a news stand to buy the latest issues of Gray Lady yellow journalism unless I need to line a hamster cage.

Ah, yes. The Afterburners are at it again. Nothing new…

  • A friend of mine has a pigsty that would be a great place for that “$10 million chandelier” although the pigs might be offended.

  • “During our investigation it became evident that there was an error made in the production process that we deeply regret.”

An “Error”? If this was an “Error” then the Nixon tape with the 18 minutes of silence in the middle was an “Error” too. I can sort of understand truncating something but cutting a section out of the middle and joining the ends together is not even close to an error. Descriptive words like “Distortion”, “Misrepresentation”, “Slander”, “Lie”, “Propaganda”, and “Doctored” come to mind.

The only thing NBC “deeply regrets” is getting caught. How stupid can you be when you doctor something that is generally available for review by the public and other news organizations (not that the other Old Media outlets would bother to call NBC on it).

  • Please note that writing to MSNBC or NBC to express disapproval of Sharpton’s incitements will probably be ignored. Instead, you might want to consider writing to Comcast as they own the majority interest in MSNBC.

Having written to Comcast before to express concern and displeasure over some of the lies and incitements that have come from MSNBC hosts in the past, I will tell you to expect Comcast to reply that they have nothing to do with the content of MSNBC programming and that they are ‘hands off’ when it comes to their subsidiary companies and that I should write MSNBC to express myself.

Are there any lawyers out there who could comment on Comcast‘s involvement should Sharpton’s actions trigger violence, injury, property damage, and, heaven forbid, death? I would think that Sharpton and his employer MSNBC, and MSNBC’s owner Comcast, would all be responsible and subject to both civil and criminal prosecution.

  • “Just Common Sense”? I think I see the problem. The Liberal Left does not use the ‘American Standard Dictionary’ or the ‘Oxford English Dictionary’, two tomes that provide a consistent definition of all words English.

Instead, they seem to be looking to one of their role models:

‘When I use a word,’ Humpty Dumpty said, in rather a scornful tone, ‘it means just what I choose it to mean — neither more nor less.’
‘The question is,’ said Alice, ‘whether you can make words mean so many different things.’
‘The question is,’ said Humpty Dumpty, ‘which is to be master — that’s all.’

One can only hope that the American People will wake up this coming November and stop listening to the nonsense from the left.

  • The event in question occurred over 25 years ago. Any lawyers out there care to share with us what the Statute of Limitations are in California and how they might apply to this care?
