  Pardon the pun here, but anybody consider maybe she’s putting herself up as the “sacrificial virgin?” Taking the flack so others can have a decent role model for a change?

  And as a side note, my doc, in his declining years has told me when he first started, maybe once or twice a month someone might come in with a nasty STD.

  Nowadays, it’s a steady stream and he sees things that, if it were any other body part, he’d be lopping it off.

  I’m quite surprised at the shortsightedness of some people commenting here.

  I don‘t know how much government funding Braingate’s gotten, but as an investor in the company I know it’s not all government funding. (Took a pounding on the stock but that’s beside the point. I’m holding it cause I like the prduct.)

  Also, it doesn’t need to be just the handicapped. It has potential uses in the mining industry, the military, space and deep sea exploration, the trades such as deep sea welding, oil production, rescue work, anywhere too dangerous for humans a robot can be built and sent in.

  Think out of the box people.

  In the days of the Wright brothers, a number of people thought the plane was an interesting distraction but…

  On the other hand, info going out, can also mean info going in so…

  As a book loving, info-adrenaline junkie who’s never visited any conspiracty.com sites and filled several passports because I was competent enough to successed in business (with only a high school education) and semi-retire quite early in life, please.

  In any third world country I’ve sailed to, long enough to really get to know the locals, (all of whom are usually struggling to survive under some dictator/socialist crackpot) everybody was asking for help to get to America where they heard they could have the chance to be free and succeed. They all wanted rides to the U.S., even though they knew I was Canadian.

  Nobody wanted to go to Russia.

  Nobody wanted to go to China.

  Nobody wanted to get dropped off in Africa or South America, or Central America, or Asia or even Europe.

  That’s all changed since Odumba.

  Now, without the U.S. to intervene, a lot are scared their “Dear Dear Leaders” no longer have any reason to “play” nice to them.

  If you want to really see Odumba’s effect on the world when you travel do so anonymously, get out of the resorts and off the tourist paths, and stay long enough for the locals to figure out you’re not a government plant, stooge, or informant.

  As callous as this may seem, we will never be able to make rules to stop crazy.

  How do we decide who is a pyschopath before they commit the act?

  Several years ago, the brains of psychopaths were scanned while viewing two distinct types of pictures. Normal people were scanned as a control, and the short of it is, the psychopath registered the same level of emotion looking at people playing as they did at a horrific traffic accident.

  The scientists figured they’d stumbled onto something, until testing a particular group of people who had the same response levels as the psychopaths: the police. Apparently, people who have to deal with trauma eventually train their brains deaden their emotions and I’m betting that would include doctors, soldiers, firemen, EMR people, etc.

  I think most of us are missing the point here.

  Shows like Family Guy, South Park, and even the Simpsons to an extent, are dealilng with ADULT topics, and it’s kids who are watching them, and from what I’ve seen, getting all sorts of stupid ideas from them.

  I know some people who let their kids watch the first two, and I’m shocked at what comes out of their mouths for insults.

  When I was ten, we never told, or even heard, somebody where to stuff certain used biological products.

  In this short clip what about the church marrying that freak to a giraffe? Anybody want to tell me what that implies besides bestiality?

  And they say Elmer Fudd, Bugs Bunny and the Road Runner screwed up our minds.

  Give me a break.

  Has Ayers ever been cornered with, “Well since I don’t agree with you, by your logic I’m justified doing whatever it takes to change your (And I used the term loosely.) mind. Up to and including violence.”

  That’s one of the fundamental differences between civilized people and idiots like Ayers. When civilized people don’t agree, they just go their separate ways.

  Here’s the breath technique that work 100% for me.

  When you hold your breath, suppress the hiccup like you’re trying not to burp. It sort of feels like trying to clench a sneeze at the same time you can’t inhale after being punched in the gut. You have to make sure not a bit of air moves in your chest and throat area. It’ll feel like an acid burp, or trying not to throw up.

  Then you have to hold your breath however long it takes to stifle the next impluse to hiccup and I swear, swear, swear, it works for me so well I don’t even think about it anymore when I get the hiccups. They’re gone inside of a minute.

  Several years ago I read an article about kids growing up with a handicapped sybling and on average the kids were much further ahead in social and intellectual development simply because they had learned to put someone else’s needs ahead of their own.

  Surprisingly such kids were even better in atheletics because of seeing someone constantly struggle to achieve what most of us take for granted.

  People who think there’s nothing wrong with eugenics should maybe consider that something as simple as a fall could send them right to the front of their little line.

  Have to admit I‘ve never really checked out Ted’s past. Whether or not he’s done as you have claimed, my only question is if you hold every other singer, actor/actress, and sports/celebrity figure to the same standard.
