One must wonder if this warrants prosecution, being that that they are quite literally aiding in illegal activity. An individual may not rob a bank, but if they provide others with a map and tools specifically designated for bank robbery, they too are guilty of criminal activity. Similarly, while these men are not coming into the United States illegally, they are providing others with a map and tools to do so successfully.
Review Finds Flaws in U.N. Climate Change Group

The “review” process, while exposing a number of troubling issues, proves to be fundamentally flawed in failing to review the science employed by the IPCC. According to a Fox News report on this review (http://www.foxnews.com/scitech/2010/08/30/independent-audit-slams-un-climate-panel/), “the IAC did not spend its time analyzing the accuracy of climate models and climate science.” As computer models are intrinsic to the reliability of climate change science, the failure to review these has produced a gaping hole in the report.
