  I agree. It’s scary as hell, but just who is the real “conservative”? To get back on track, you have to take some lumps. It’s not easy or desirable, but a better life for my kids and their kids is far more important than being the policeman of the world. Paul’s foreign policy is somewhat misunderstood. He doesn’t think we should have bases all over the world; it costs vast amounts of money and isn’t making us anymore secure. Who has bases in this country? Who else has bases all over the world? He does think we should have the best, most capable military in the world. Maybe that is why he has so much support in the military itself.

  It’s just ridiculous to think we may want to go to the moon or something…..there is still so much work to do to rip our country to shambles. President Obama has just gotten started. Forget elections; we’ll create a crisis (say bombing Iran just before the election) then we can just make him dictator. Let’s all laugh at that.

  Frankly, it’s sad we are worried about this stuff and not the thought of what he had to say. Did he tell us the state of the Union? No! He told us the state of his progressive ideas as he would like to see it. What are the dangers to our Union? What is tearing us apart? Who is trampling our Constitution? Who can’t say “Muslim Extremist”?

  Hey, if you don’t live in NYC, DC, or LA, who cares? Thank God for these “local-yocals” who know what to do. Remember how they complained when NYC got a little snow? It’s tragic that anyone had to die, and my heart goes out to their family! Imagine what would happen if a tornado hit NYC…..I‘m sure it would be George Bush’s fault.
