  Karl was genius of taking John Kerry’s strength and turning it into a weakness. If Romney is fighting Obama on level of talk show hosts then Romney risks allowing David Axelrod to define him as evil Private Equity guy. Romney correct to side step it and go back to Obama’s Economy. If Beck, Hannity , Rush etc want to stay on Rev Wright great but Romney is smart to start out defining himself and what he would do Day 1 as POTUS after he has won the battle of defining himself vs letting Obama team do it then Romney can do tough hard hitting adverts. Those who want Rev Wright red meat now are missing the importance of timing. Bush/Karl Rove won battle defining John Kerry and he never recovered. Think Strategic

  The advert is misleading in several ways: The unions went on strike in April ‘97 which killed business & filed bankruptcy 4 yrs later. Secondly there were several steel companies who went out of business because China was dumping cheap steel in USA. Lastly as Glenn & Pat have stated Romney left Bain in 1999 to save SLC Olympics.

  Funny as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints I was taught in Sunday School that Christ is my savior. I was taught reading Mathews 7 Judge not,that ye be not judged. I was taught to live Christ’s teachings and not to judge others. Wherever the LDS church is there is very little welfare. The LDS church for over 10 yrs has made it their goal to be among first responders at disasters.
