  I agree to your “sworn” statement, we should all be held to that standard- but he stepped outside his legal jurisdiction when he attempted to confiscate the first woman’s bag- especially considering the ‘party” had only been asked to be quiet by another patron.
  Face it, the officer’s “man-hood” was challenged and he failed. The 2nd woman is an idiot but the officer over-reacted. He should have removed her arm, not attacked her face.
  But the facts will come out about the reason the officer was at the table and why he felt it neccesary to grab at the first woman instead of asking her to step out from behind the table, or asking the person next to her to get up so he could take her into custody- if that was his intent.
  Cops are not infallable- but your right, they are sworn to uphold the law, so they are held to a higher standard of behavior. Besides, I don’t know about you, but my parents taught me to NEVER hit a woman- he could have detained her without punching her in the face- or slapping her which provoked the attack. His position of authority inflated his ego and this little drunk woman tested his virtue and honor.

  The “officer” is off duty- working a private security position, and unless the woman he was pursuing was disorderly or determined to be a threat to “public safety”, the SECURITY GAURD has no right to assault her or steal her belongings, nor does he have the right to detain her.

  SO, according to this guy on Al Jihzeerhad, these leaders in Arab countries (where the stakes are higher?) are just community organizers. So by this logic, I will say that Barry is a terrorist- I also think BO thinks he has climbed up from the well and is the 12th Imam- – he definitely came from somewhere really low…
  It is so obvious he wants America subjugated – he himself cannot help but bow to these scum, and now has revealed his anti-semitism. We are in DEEP trouble if we allow this to continue, but I have a very strong faith and the Book has already been written…
