  The issue here is whether law enforcement has to obey the law? When the law does not apply to some then there is NO law. If the police can do anything they want ,what kind of country would we live in. Expecting the police and prosecuters to play by the rules is only the American way.

  Letterman you bumbling fool we are trying to give him the credit he deserves. The quadrupling of the national debt , down grade of our credit rating ,tanking of the economy, decimating of business by regulation, squandering of taxpayer monies and blatant out right lying amongst multitude other embarrassments. But he is unwilliung to take the credit for his own work. He is completely reprehensible as are you.

  Talk about delusion,these ladies seem to be reasonably educated and well spoken. How is it possible that the duplicity of their thinking is not recognizible to them ? This is typical Progressive mode if you do not think like them you are not allowed to speak. The rules that they wish to apply to you do not apply to them. This is beyond delusion it is willful and conscious stupidity. Can they not fathom that only through open discussion and exchange of ideas will we be able to reach a equitable solution to our differences. Sadly they have no intention of listening to our views and will onm;ly accept total victory or defeat. Where will they go when they get their @$$ES kicked ?

  Regardless if Safeway revises its decision they have lost my business. Their lame excuse in attempt to cover their @$$E$ by claiming prior cocerns is shallow and transparent. Their position towards their customers safety is abhorrent and they need to suffer the consequences of this stupid decision. They do not deserve your business,shop somewhere that is concerned about whether you live or die.

  Their political beliefs have no baring on this issue. In America you can believe anything you like,but does not give anyone authority to beat others. The supposed white supremacists no doubt disagreed with their assailants but tyhey were not the ones doing the beating. Regardless of their politics the folks in the restaurant were civil and law abiding less can be said for group in hoodies.

  First and foremost NO American should be subject to such treatment,regardless of service non-service or complete indifference. Without knowing any background it is immediately“ assumed” that 1) he is a veteran 2)the injuries were service related, none of this can be proven by a hat and missing limbs. Not to deminish the burden of this man but the injuries could have come as result of a drunk driving accident in which he was the guilty operater and other innocents could be dead. It is not his assumed service that is key here it is his being an American that is pivotal. Possilibity being a veteran does not make you more equal than anyone else.
