This “Minority Report” type thinking is idiotic Loco … We already live in a Nanny State that spends all of it’s efforts and most of MY money on the “what ifs” of existence. If this person lost control of his vehicle and others were hurt then that person should be held accountable for his actions, not this bs about what could happen… Woulda coulda shoulda is part of life and makes us stronger and smarter as individuals. This nanny state lunacy makes people STUPID… If our Gov would stop the never ending babysitting perhaps the REAL crimes would be punished accordingly.

Stossel spoke of this on his last show. Very informative. Enough so that I am now going to vote for Ron Paul also. I truly hope someone else jumps into the race because the media has destroyed Ron Paul and none of the above have any chance of beating Obama. Its almost like the GOP planned this…
