  • What is this supposed to be? He said Sociopaths tend to be atheists….not that atheists tend to be sociopaths….there is a huge difference. Not even close to a story.

  • JROOK – Truly all that does matter is the fact. Commenting in this article trying to pretend like we have “prejudged” for zimmerman is a little ridiculous.

A young black associate I worked with commented to me when this was gaining national attention. He asked if I had heard of the case, to which I said yes. He then proceeded to tell me that it “looks like he is going to get away with it.” I was amazed. I asked “get away with what?” I tried, so hard, just to make him think. Wanted him to understand that what he has heard was NOT a trial or in any way is evidence of his guilt.

It was clear from day one of this that it was being spun, hard. Its disturbing that when a black male gets shot by a “not black” man its considered an example of American racism, but the reverse is never assumed.

If you are seeing people “prejudging” him to a way that isn’t to your liking, remember we are all still innocent until proven guilty, even you. We might all have an opinion on the case but the most important thing to remember is at no point is he guilty of ANY crime AT ALL until a trial of his peers. Just remember when your asked about or speak of this case, innocent men are not guilty of anything, until proven otherwise, beyond a reasonable doubt.

  • Ya…I use Wells Fargo as well. Got a mortgage through them as well, never had a problem (that I didn’t cause.) Recommend paying your mortgage.

  • Keep them on the ropes Ron.

  • Don’t even have to read the article anymore, just another lame attempt to railroad this man. The smear job isn’t even covert anymore, its just expected. All I know is the only time any of the candidates pick up any steam is when they start speaking like Ron Paul.

    Vote your mind and heart.

  • RON PAUL 2012 – No one else follows the Constitution to his extent. He will not get everything he wants, there are way to many safe guards that prevent one man from doing just that. He will however set the tone and steer things down the correct road. We actually have the option to not be forced to pick between the “lesser of two evils” and people still complain.

If you are just parroting the comments of the big name commentators on these issues, think about it. There is a difference between conservative and tradition liberal, and for that matter between libertarian. Conservatives are the lesser of two evils when it comes to the two party system, Paul isn’t even in that equation. This is why he is down played by both sides and it is also why he is exactly who we need.

  • Paul seemed to handle the situation well and with dignity. If he had raised his voice, you would be here saying see he is a nut. If he had put her in her place effectively you would have claimed he was a mean old man. Anything to stop the peoples voice from being heard, both sides of the aisle can get behind his man. Trying to force him into some kind of corner on a non story is a joke. RON PAUL is electable, constitutional, and the strongest contender any side has ever offered. It is well known and it is why you see the endless attempts to discredit him. Constitutionalist does not equal conservative, that is the only reason why he doesn’t get any love from the right, which is unfortunate.

  • To the question of should he be fired…. Why? Don’t interfere with them continuing to fill up their network with begets. I would say that for consistency they should fire him, but that would be BS. There was no discernible racism in Imus’s comments, again, I don‘t know the guy in person so I cannot say for a fact he ISN’T a racist, but the evidence is rather unconvincing.

    racism [rey-siz-uhm]
    1. a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one’s own race is superior and has the right to rule others.
    2. a policy, system of government, etc., based upon or fostering such a doctrine; discrimination.
    3. hatred or intolerance of another race or other races.

What? There isn’t anything in the definition about white rich people, that’s strange.

  • Anyone else think that’s a very strange frame to put at the top of the article? I find it very suspicious that even though Ron Paul embodies all conservative principles Glenn and others claim to believe, he is being painted as the enemy. I am proud of Glenn for his accomplishments and appreciate all he has taught and/or prompted me to learn but this really is inexcusable.

It’s really simple, he is the best candidate anyone is every going to find. He pulls votes from left and right AND he is a constitutionalist. Furthermore, I don’t disagree with him on foreign policy but that hardly matters, its a minor aspect of his platform, which is full of chocolaty goodness.

  • Poor guy.
