  I would argue that it falls under the same reasoning as your not yelling “FIRE!” in a theater isn’t protected as free speech. If you wanting target someone with the express purpose of malice for political reasons in such a manner you should not be able to hide behind satire. That is exactly what happened. It was done with the express purpose to humiliate her and they HID LIKE COWARDS behind labeling it satire. If they weren’t hiding it would be libel. Personally I say find a lawyer with a set and argue to that effect. If anything it shows in the internet age there are new “virtual crimes” that need to be addressed.

  What does this have to do with the band? Just because one person claims to have got it at a show? That doesn‘t mean it’s official merchandise. It’s not listed on any of their shop sites. Maybe a vendor set up outside the venue, it happens all the time.

  My wife is a buyer at a LEO/military supplier, she specializes in ballistics and tech. Whenever a movie comes out like this she gets customer service reps having customers call wanting items “just like the movie”, not realizing quite a bit isn’t real or modified for the movie.

  Ill have to have her see this list later just so if she gets calls she knows why.
