Pastor Fired After Backing New Rob Bell Book Questioning Hell

Believe it or not, there are a few United Methodists out here who are conservative :-) Unfortunately, even in a church with a conservative membership, we get liberal, progressive pastors thrust upon us. I am actually surprised the congregation was able to oust him – we rarely can get rid of bad apples we have had. If the UMC were to oust every pastor who agreed with Rob Bell, we wouldn’t have very many clergy left….(which would be a very good thing IMHO)
