  I would tell Hawaii that they are right there is a process, and since AZ needs the paper to put Obamas name on the ballot then I would say it would be on Obama to provide it not up to AZ to get it.

  I am usually on the side of the cops, and had they just been hitting legs I would be on their side, but this guy did not need to be beat in the face and head, I say the cops should get death by beating with a night stick to the head and face.
