• ‘Family Guy’ Cartoon Bashes Tea Party In Episode Using Anti-Semitism & Neo-Nazis

  I just want to put out there that while Family Guy and most similar cartoons are indeed lazily written and lazily animated drivel, as a former animation major I would like to say that animation is not inherently ‘for children’. It’s an art like any other, and there have been plenty of intelligent, well done and beautiful works that were in now way childish. In other countries, many very mature animated movies and shows are produced that in the US, for whatever reason, would be mistaken for children’s entertainment (that is, before the children shown these works were scarred for life or left confused by mature content).
  I just feel that this is a very importnat thing that older folks need to get over in general.

  Blackop is right. He was told that what he was doing and what he was was wrong, and abused because of that. That is why he killed himself; because he was being treated badly by people who thought they knew what was ‘right’.
