  Here’s an idea. Announce the abolishment of the Social Security Disability Program. All payments will be eliminated in 90 days. Wait for the protest/riots in the streets. Take pictures and names of all protesters. I’ll wager a guess of 80 percent or better of the protesters will be on the dole. Eliminate their benefits. Fit enough to protest = fit enough to work.
