Yep, specifically 8 USC 1325…defines Entry Without Inspection….literally any third world national who enters the United States without presenting themselves for inspection by an Immigration Officer at a defined Port of Entry…..yep you guessed it is illegally in the United States. It is defined in the 1952 McCarron Act ( Immigration and Nationality Act), legislation enacted by Congress…………….AND the Immigration and Nationality Act uses the term alien in a whole different contexti is a separate term than the current PC-ese of “migrant” and “immigrant”…..In sum, if not a citizen or national of the United States, you are an ALIEN………OOOPS, I hope the thought police don’t come kicking in my door.
