  I can’t help wondering if the current world economic crisis is a grand bait and switch scheme that will allow the powers behind the curtains to offer a plan B solution. A solution that includes a new world order of limited freedoms or enslavement that otherwise would not have been acceptable.

  Actually, the Christian concept of a monotheistic of God came out of the Nicean council held about 200 AD were the theologins of the day debated for 80 years on the definition of the Holy Trinity and finally came up with the definition revered today in most Christian churches. In the ancient church the concept of many Gods was standard doctrine. The hebrew word Elohim (Gods) is a sticking point for most scholars today and is usually translated in a way to support the Holy Trinity definition of the Nicean council.

  Just a couple of suggestions on the newscast.

  1. Have the anchor sit behind a desk.
  2. When running a video in the background, zoom in on the screen and don’t show the anchor and the screen at the same time.
  3. Give a more indepth coverage of the stories. A 10 second spot is not enough to get the facts out.

  I don’t know what you are all so afraid of. Invasion through the tunnel is highly unlikely and impractical, customs screening could easily be done. This could open new avenues for trade and transportation and closer ties to Asia.

  Guns and ammo sound good on the surface but how long do you expect to hold out if your house is surrounded by a hungry mob? Not long.

  If society breaks down that far then your only hope is to ban together as a community for security. As the old axiom says, “security in numbers”
