  Also BHO did not use his money, but the taxpayers money. Some of the taxpayers got taken to the woodshed twice. The bailout is being paid for by taxes and borrowed Chinese money. Also, many small/large investors had stock and bonds in General Motors via investment, IRA, or 401K. The bailout/handout was written in such a way that the unions lost nary a penny, but not only did the investors get $0.00/dollar, but they were precluded from bringing either an individual or class action lawsuit. Some intrepid journalist or employee of Delphi should ask the One or VP Gaffe-tastic to explain that one away the next time they spout off about how Government Motors has repaid all the money.

  Feel lucky that you are a Mainer and not a Californian. We voted with Prop 8 to ban gay marriage, but the oh-so-liberal Ninth Circuit ruled that it was unconstitutional, just before they went off on their taxpayer funded million dollar retreat. Along these same lines, when a group or an individual want to get an initiative on a ballot in a city or state, does not someone check it out for wording and legality prior to allowing it to appear on the ballot. Time and time again, we see a measure on the ballot approved or denied, but then another group brings a lawsuit and a judge throws the people’s decision out. Is this just an exercise in futility or is America’s newest silent minority(since the debate on Obamacare began), lawyers just gaming the system to fill their own personal coffers?

  The original founders of the SPLC and the NAACP must surely be spinning in their graves(perhaps the real cause of all the tornadoes recently in the South) to see how the organizations that they set up and for which they fought to gain a voice have devolved (purposedly avoiding the latest Progressive word of evolve meaning to flip flop). To equate David Barton with Malik Zulu Shabazz is way beyond the pale of common sense. However, listening or reading the words of Mr. Shabazz and seeing the non-action or reaction from both Eric Holder and the FBI tells you exactly where this regime stands.

  Agreed. Until we get rid of voodoo representatives doing voodoo math and practicing voodoo economics, the only economy we will have is a voodoo one. We need representatives who represent the American people first, are proud to be an American citizen second, say what they mean and mean what they say third, and, finally, believe that common sense is a virtue.

  How are will.i.am and Obama alike? Both have joined the 1% by living off of the 99%.
  How are they different? Obama gets the 99% to pay for his ride, whereas will.i.am has to pay for his own.

  Islam is a religion, indeed it is the world’s largest religion. That being said, it is not fair to judge an entire religion on the action of a few–would it be fair to judge Christianity on the basis of the Westboro Baptist Church?
  If and that is a big “if,” he is convicted why not strip him of his American citizenship and send him to Iraq or Afghanistan with no chance of ever returning to the country unless, of course, he goes via the Sec. Clownitano’s secure border with Mexico.

  Agreed, although you never know. You have to feel sorry those for those cadets and other military members in attendance because of the chain of command rules since Obama is the commander-in-chief. Many in the military will explain to you that because of the chain of command they will respect the title, but not necessarily the title holder.
