  Apparently you haven’t figured out that would make “jesus” a false prophet. By His own Word, Messiah cannot change the Law and said He would not until Heaven and earth pass away. Is earth still here? This would also make “jesus” a liar. Using today’s terminology we would say the Messiah was speaking ironically. He was actually quoting “old” commandments.

  I do agree with you, “jesus” was a liar and a false prophet. He is the image of the beast(Rome). Yeshua is Messiah not “jesus”.

  Thing is, the Law was given to the “mixed multitude” that came out of Egypt. Your statements are profoundly erroneous. As far as no christians, there really never were any. There were Jews that believed in Yeshua as Messiah. Christians in the original language was a pejorative, not a sect. Christians are some of the worst people I have ever met.   I prefer the .308 also. And I was not taken a counter point necessarily. I was only bringing up things people may not think about in a seemingly simple match up of a .30-06 versus a knife or a shotty. On a side note, I do love the shotty and find it very powerful, accurate and versatile.

  You apparently have never seen what a deer slug can do? Unless you have a night scope on your 30-06 you are most likely going to be in CQB and you will be the one with the wrong weapon. Of course, then you are assuming there will be a fight? That instead, someone won’t be running surveillance on you and sneak up behind you with a knife(shhh shhh shhh)? Maybe steal a car and drive it right through you front door? In my opinion you need a gun or guns. But I don‘t think that a gun means someone without one can’t win against you. Plans and training are paramount.

  The Law IS Grace. Grace is “old testament” as well. You really need to read the first half of Scripture. The Law is not done away with and is not opposed to Grace. It’s not one or the other. It’s both!

  ““Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill. 18“For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished. 19“Whoever then annuls one of the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do the same, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever keeps and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. ”

  Fulfill in the original language literally means to fill full. That is, to give meaning. Even if you think that isn’t correct, you have issues: “jesus” would be a liar. Earth is still here and all has not been accomplished(His return).

  Yeshua(“jesus”) is the Messiah and did not(and cannot by His own Word) remove any Laws until Heaven and earth pass. Not to mention you have the issues in Scripture of Ya’akov(James) instructing Sha’ul(Paul) to take a vow that required SACRIFICES. You also have “Paul” saying quite clearly that he needed to stop to make OFFERINGS before returning for Passover(not pagan easter). The point: the sin you mentioned is a sin because of The Law.
