  Keep in mind if you follow the “logic” of the police saying that giving tickets for briefly flashing your lights warning others that law enforcment officers are head then the following conduct and speech would also be illegal. Radios stations/News papers Blogs ets announcing where police are operating radar units or even announcing police will be operating DWI roadblocks, friends discussing that they just saw a police officer operating a speed trap on the way to where they just arrived. and so on and so on.

  And just the basic stone cold fact in Florida the law does not make such conduct a traffic offense. I do not need every police officer making up his/her own laws.

  Keep in mind the principle that in is perfectly legal for your government to lie to you but it is illegal for you to lie to the government.

  I have to admire these brave athiests. I think they should take their message to Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Egypt etc and lets check back with them in a year or so.
