  But they could have something here. We baby boomers are are coming of age and with age, we we do pass a lot more gas…. …doesn’t bother us, we can’t hear and our feet mask the smell….

  A smart owner/manager would have inquired why the patrons thought the service was undeserving of a gratuity. Unless the patrons were complete jerks, the wise thing would have been to exclude the group tip.

  As it is, I live in the Houston area and will not go to this restaurant because it seemed according to reports, the manager wasn’t interested in improving his/her service.

  It doesn’t matter what I think about when the life of a unique human being begins but what the Creator of life, and everything else for that matter, says. And our creator speaks of knowing us before we were even in our mother’s wombs. Every life is precious to our creator who designed each person from the moment of conception giving each his or her own unique DNA and with a specific purpose in mind. And the creator pursues each person to establish a love relationship with that person so He can reveal Himself and His purposes. But He also gave each of us a free will and we must decide to either love Him or reject Him…

  Isn’t it amazing that some people believe it is up to the government to force them to do what these people think should be done with their own money rather than just doing it. If this guy thinks he should give more of his money away, say to the government, then why doesn’t he just do it.

  Just how stingy must people be if the only way they will give any of their money to others is for the government to force them to.

  1proud_Texan is right. The Democrat Party IS the party of the Klan. How many know that the Democrat party was originally formed to keep slavery legal! The Republican Party was formed after that to make slavery illegal. Abraham Lincoln joined the Republican Party for this reason. And when I was growing up in the deep South in the 50′s / 60′s, it was the Democrat Party that was integral with the Klan and continued to fight to keep segregation legal and to keep African Americans from voting. Because of the horrid racism, bigotry, and corruption in the Democrat Party, I like so many others joined the Republican Party when it was just beginning to surface in the South. The Democrat Party remains an enemy of the African American family and to honest government.
