PPACA imposes a fine of $2000 per employee. Do the math. 2) on the Blunt Amendment: The Supreme Court also ruled that the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, a measure of similar intent, was unconstitutional, because THE FIRST AMENDMENT SAYS CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW concerning religion, and these matters belong in the courtroom, not the liegislature. 3) What the heck is a religious freedom rider doing in a transportation-control law?
