  • Paper or Plastic. No contest. I always choose plastic. They are easier to handle, don’t fall and bread. Put several over my arm and get them into the house quicker. After I have an enormous amount of Plastic bags, I go to the supermarket and deposit them in their recycling Plastic bags box. They either use them there or they go to a recyling bin the store provides for them. I love it when people give me dirty looks when I ask for plastic. It makes me in control of my bag usage problem which is really no problem at all. Some people need to get a life

  • these w omen make me laugh. Insurance will cover for legitimate medical problems. I know because I have experienced it, but they want coverage for recreational sex. Hell, pay for it yourself or abstain. Simple as that!!

  • Nancy, you don’t get it. If you say you are a Catholic, then you don’t have “personal beliefs”. A practicing Catholic has the beliefs of the church. If you don’t, then you are not a Catholic. You can’t pick and choose what you want. I’ll leave you to your “conscience”, but you leave your little hands off mine.

  • Obama is not changing anything. He is just making the religious affiliated companies the conduit instead of the payer. Someone else is paying for it. So what.

If I give you a gun and tell you to shoot someone with it, just because I did not give you the bullets does not make me any less culpable.

They are still going to have problems with it. Birth control with condoms has been used for years. It is not that expensive a method. The morning after pill is still abortion in my mind. If the insurance company pays for it, they pass the costs on to their insurees and that still means we are paying for it.

You can rationalize all day and it still comes out the same. I think it will cause more problems in the long run.

  • You are so right. Everyone who votes for Romney will have the same buyer remorse that existed when Obama was voted for and sorrowed over.

Romney approves ads he hasn‘t seen and makes money on investments he doesn’t know anything about. I don’t want someone that oblivious to be my president.

I want the pugnacious fighter who gave us welfare reform, deficit reduction and the first time in about 40 to 50 years of control of the Congress

  • That’s why he should be the candidate. He’ll wipe the floor with Obama

  • Amen!

  • they don’t want to get rid of the programs you mentioned. They want them reformed and they should be reformed. I’m on social Security and Medicare. I see many instances in my EOB’s that I question, but the language is so obscure that I can’t tell if they are legitimate and the only way to find out is to report it and have it looked into. If I am wrong, then I have hurt a good physician. they have to make them more easily understood and that would help eliminate fraud.

  • I just had a great-granddaughter born. She was tested before birht and told she had Spina Bifeda. Her parents were given a diagram showing the things she would be born with. Not able to perform bodily functions on her own, a club foot, hydrocephalus, not retarded, but less IQ of 15% lower than brothers and sisters and many other things so hard to handle.

Her parents chose life. She is a beautiful 8 lbs and filled out. The orthopedic doctors say no evidence of club foot. She is functioning alone with bodily functions. The opening in her spine was closed successfully and a shunt will be placed to prevent fluid buildup in the head. God Blessed this little child. Man proposes and God disposes.. Thank you Lord

When is Bloomberg going to get some backbone and finally get rid of these creeps?
