We have lived for two years under a cascade of falling shoes. The sound you hear from the Lame Duck Session is readying more shoes to drop in the two years our esteemed president has orchestrated. Each thud we hear is accompanied by uneasiness, fear, uncertainty and dread. Each day I say, optimistically, it can’t get worse — and it does.
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. Hebrews 13:8. This I can rely on and only this — our government is not our panacea. Are we a Christian nation? Speak for yourself. No other person can, not even the president. Prayer and repentance, trust and faith in God!
