  Actually if you were SuperMan- would you want to represent this administration.
  Also something to remember only SuperMan is renouncing his US Citizenship (by the way years ago he was made a citizen of every country on Earth in a story.) I mean who wouldn’t want him as a citizen. Clark Kent how ever as far as I can tell so far is not going to do that. It is NOT (as far as I can tell) that he is abandoning “Truth Justice & the American way”. It seems he is tried of being used as a point of contention. Yes I like that he used to be “Truth Justice & the American way”. However the character has changed over time. For example did you know that 15 years ago in a reboot story (when they restarted the character) That “SuperMan” executed the 3 Kryptonian criminals? That was a choice he made. Same storyline he made a porno (not kidding) while under mind control with a female hero (also under control & she was married. Luckily these events were scrubbed from history in the last reboot of the character.
  The Captain America story involved the Secret Empire who’s leader was a “high ranking US officail” who when Cap confronts him kills himself- Cap leaves behind the uniform- but not the Ideas – 4 Issues latter he was back as Captain America after he realized he represents The Amreican Idea – The Constitution not the government or an administration.
  Last year the current Captain America (Steve Rodgers – now grown up sidekick Bucky) expressed disgust at people expressing their 1st amendment rights to protest. I am glad that it was not Steve Rodgers- simply because that is Not what the real Captain America is about.
  Just to let you know Spider-Man a few years ago made a deal with a “devil” to save his aunt May’s life. In doing his marriage to MaryJane was ersased – at the whim of the editor who didn’t like him being married-Not like every story revolved aroung him being married. It’s just lazy.
  Point is it’s not Cap or SuperMan or Spider-Man it’s the crappy editors & writers. They don’t believe in the values that made these characters great. So why keep those values?
  I mean deal with the devil ? Why not? 1st Amendment? Please. American way? Are you kidding??
  So I have stopped with Cap until Steve Rodgers gets back. Done with Spidey till there is a reboot. Supes can understand the why–in the story Iran declares his showing up an act of war- Since even though as stated he has citizenship everywhere– he is considered a US citizen- and since Clark Kent still will be- have to protect secret ID after all.

  I agree. Although… there is a way that the genius of America can in fact pay back 15 trillion or more- of course the Obama administration defunded 3 of the programs that could do just that.
  The Bush Admin funded a bio-fuel project in the San Juaquin valley in Ca- which creates bio-fuel that can be converted to jet fuel- see normal biofuel cannot be made into jet fuel this can- that is a quantum leap- if this was fully funded it could convert the 300 tons+ of bio-material from that valley- which usually goes to dumps or to be burned into fuel. Second was the wind farm that was being built by T Boone Pickens- it would be the equivolent of 2.5 nuclear plants- think we could use that. The Obama Admin defunded connecting that farm to the grid- so the farm could produce energy for- no one- that makes sense right? The 3rd is Nasa one of the few govt programs that worked. This is not a mission that they are currently undertaking but is very doable. The shuttle can transport tons of material back from space- there are asteroids in high earth orbit- that are loaded with valuable minerals gold platinium ect. So if they started retrieving these since they are already up there they could finance the next mission and start paying down the debt. The setimate is a 1/4 mile chunk is worth 1.5 trillion or more- in metal resources- so break em down and bring em down.

  So ray– why are you a hater? I mean I could not attend the Beck Rally but I watched it on tv. I found it very uplifting. Perhaps you should make a point to watch it before you comment. There is a reason I am using E Pluribus Unum and it is this I am that phrase- literally. If 4 different races did not get along I would not exist. In spite of lws to the contrary & opression various ancestors got to gether in a progression that lead to me. My mother is 100% Italian. However My Dad was a rare mix. His father was 1/2 Filipino(Father) & 1/2 Spainish(Mom)- which is hard since the Spainish were crushing the Filipino’s at the last part of the 19th century. My Dad’s mother was 1/2 a European mix (French, dutch, English & probably others- on her Dad’s side)- and her Mom was of Lane Lanape decent. That was the tribe that was the 1st to rally to the America cause. They also were the people who were in oh Brooklyn, NJ, Pa & Delaware. William Penn signed his land treaty with them. So when I see on Beck the guy that started Black Liberation Theology spouting off about who took what from whom. I say okay- white people took alot from black people- but whites and blacks took EVERYTHING from Indians. Only thing is they don’t whine about it. So to the purveyors who say you owe us- I say- okay- but they should prove how sorry they are 1st considering they say if you are truely repentant you have to give it all back- I’m waiting. Do I expect that to happen- No. But I do expect that te whining will stop. Perhaps I have the most perspective.
  Spainish people killed Filipino’s but my Greatgrandfather and Great Grandmother had 13 kids. So they more than got along- My Grandfather (their son) did in fact fight against- the Spainish invaders (using a yo-yo- look it up). French people were the 1st germ warfare people but My Grandmother- on Dad’s side had frech ancestors. Am I supposed to hate him? See hate is stupiid and not a productive use of time or resources. Jesus did not say give it back if you are truly sorry he said go & sin no more- so if you are sorry you won’t do it again. If you continue to do the same bad thing- well you weren’t really sorry now were you. So ray- give up on the hate- or let it eat you up inside. I feel sorry for you if you can’t.
