  • Ariz. Lawmaker Suggests a Holiday for White People

    February 6, 2012 at 9:41pm

    In reply to PRAY4OURUSA.

What if a white person from South Africa moves to the U.S. ? Would they referred to as an African- American?

  • I’m not even a football fan, but I am really starting to love Tebow. Back in Jesus’ time , everyone wanted to look pious and religious so Jesus was right to call out those who made a big show out of praying. The U. S. in 2011 is a much different place and time. It’s very secular and anti- Christian ;therefore, it takes more courage to demonstrate your faith as a christian these days I’ts COUNTER – cultural. Tebow is a great role-model for our youth. I suppose Mr. Press would be much more tolerant of a drugging, boozing, womanizing, dog fighting heathen

  • I’m Catholic and I wholeheartedly agree with you. I get so sick of Churches trying to make the experience “more entertaining” to attract people. If you need worldly amenities and music to make you more comfortable in church, then you need to take a look at how deep your faith is. We are supposed to be separate from the world not of it

  • I’ve just about given up watching anything that comes out of Hollywood. As far as books go…I now even research the authors sometimes to make sure I don’t support liberal propagandist authors. I wish actors would learn that no one cares about their opinions. Most of them probably are more uninformed than the average person. They are also probably less educated.

  • Amen to that!!! I’m to the point now that if I hear a priest or deacon trying to push liberalism from the pulpit, I’ll call him out on it after Mass.

  • My sweet innocent Jenny Gardner (All My Children) . What the heck happened to you??

  • Congratulations on having a bishop that speaks the truth!

  • I know alot of fellow Catholics in the Tea Party. Even though it sounds like he is advocating socialist ideas, I think he must mean it in a different way than how it sounds. Remember, John Paul II was right there with Ronald Reagan trying to bring down the walls of the Soviet Bloc. The Catholic Church has been fighting Communism for decades now. That being said, I believe there needs to be a revival within the Church. The Church needs to start taking a harder approach to the liberal catholics who do not abide by the teachings of the church. The Church is losing so many because there are no demands placed on the people anymore. I pray for a Christian revival for our nation and world every day

  • I get so tired of hearing about people who are “spiritual – but not religious” Being a Christian is a journey, a life-long learning experience. How does someone even know what they believe as a Christian if you do not go to church. Churches are there to challenge the christian and to make them feel uncomfortable sometimes about what they believe and keeps them from falling into complacency. Please don’t act like you are above going to church and then profess to be a christian . Churches are also like laboratories where we can be inspired by other Christians and also learn from their examples and also try to put forth our best as an example to others

Our President is a freaking socialist and Bill Maher can‘t figure that out and we’re supposed to think mocking Palin and Bachmann funny. Sorry, I don’t get it.

That is precisely why he loves Obama–because he is a socialist.
I kind of wish they would quit putting Maher on here. He probably loves all of the attention.
Scumbags like him aren’t even worth the time or space.
